Time to put your game face on! Hudson Entertainment, the North and South American publishing arm of Hudson Soft, will release Deca Sports ds in Spring 2010. Following the landmark success of the original Deca Sports and the upcoming release of the sequel Deca Sports 2, Deca Sports ds is an all-new sports compilation title with ten new games that can now be played on the go! Players will also be able to battle up to six friends in exciting multi-sports competition.

 When you release a game that is effectively the ninth entry in what is already a stagnant franchise, keeping things fresh should be a primary concern. Capcom, however, seems content to drive whatever potential the Mega Man role-playing games had into the ground with Mega Man Star Force 3. Based on the Battle Network series from the Game Boy Advance, Star Force 3 retains essentially the same gameplay mechanics and presentation as its predecessors. If you've never played any of the previous Mega Man RPGs, you'll probably enjoy the solid battle mechanics in Star Force 3. Still, the inane plot, annoying characters, and aged visuals are reason enough to avoid this tired retread.

Atlus just seems to have a knack for creating great ds games. And not just great – innovative, too. Super Robot Taisen OG Saga Endless Frontier, Dokapon Journey, The Dark spire, and Luminous Arc 2 are among some of their most recent ds games – not to mention various popular franchises they have on other platforms. Knights in the nightmare is their newest ds offering, and though the game’s release was not heralded in advance, it has arrived with a particularly loud Bang.
